Recently retired as a Deputy Director General at Doordarshan, Government of India, Rashmi is an experienced professional with more than 37 years of expertise in electronic media.

Her passion for teaching has gotten several "Best Trainer" Awards and she was well recognised for conducting various innovative training programmes in Audio and Audio Visual Programme making.

She desires to extend the fruit of her long experience to give back to the society through different ventures of Anandgiri.
