Pramod Kandpan is one of the founder members of Anandgiri and an MBA graduate with ample experiences up his sleeves. He himself hails from a remote area of Odisha and has had a first hand experience of the atrocities of belonging to the under-privileged group. His desire to help people out of those conditions burns from the fire of deep concern and necessity. His belief and compassion towards humanity drives his passion of giving back to the community in a very conceptual manner. Having had the chance of establishing himself in a better position and lifestyle, he now looks forward to pulling out hundreds like him to a better future.

He envisions to contribute to the society through Anandgiri by equipping the people with relevant skills and education while trying to provide their basic needs. He is a big enthusiast of "Skill India" movement and remains committed towards providing opportunities of learning and development for the unskilled people from remote areas. His strong sense of determination and leadership shines through his day-to-day humanitarian works and notable social involvements.

Avishek Pattnaik is the co-founder of Anandgiri, a non-profit organization and an NGO. He is a young entrepreneur and philatrophist and holds a Master's degree from Amity University along with some relevant professional experiences in multiple areas like media and networking.

Passionately interested in Humanitarian work, he has always been inclined towards helping the under-privileged. Having faced number of challenges personally due to his own disabilities and limitations, he has experienced the need to rise above those difficulties and believes in getting a strong foot for one's own overall development.

He wishes to extend his understandings to give back to the society through different ventures of Anandgiri. Avishek's care for the people-in-need reflects from his eagerness to use his knowledge and skills for their betterment and eventual establishment. His fondness towards his state Odisha and his country motivates his desire to do something useful for its people, especially the ones from the remote areas, and he longs to use his expertise to meet their needs and concerns.
